To practise medicine knowing that all the body is connected, yet treat the teeth as separate entities (as is the normal practise) just doesn’t equate. I thought I would have to travel overseas to find the level of expertise I had stumbled upon. Then I found Dr Seb. In the UK. His knowledge and understanding of how the health of teeth (and oral health in general) connect biologically and energetically to every organ and working system of the body is both outstanding, fascinating and, in my opinion, should be an essential part of all dentistry. To have learned dental practises received in childhood (namely removal of 4 teeth followed by a removable brace to straighten the remaining) are now known to have slowed jaw development leading to sleep apnea, snoring and mouth breathing in adulthood was a lightbulb. Knowing infection around root canal work can lead to other health complications (not always) I was fascinated by the detailed work and practise Dr Seb uses in extraction. Ask him about them. I guarantee you’ll be amazed too. Beyond nervous, the procedure was painless, empathetically executed and not only healed perfectly on the surface but regrew new bone beautifully.
