Better Breathing, Swallowing & Sleeping
The Adult Airway Stabilisation Course
The Adult Airway Stabilisation (AAS) course is a program developed to help support you with better breathing, swallowing and sleeping.
This course is part Myofunctional therapy (to tone and strengthen the tongue and airway muscles-suprahyoid muscles) and part Biohacking (to maximise the airflow volume within the nasal passageways and back of the tongue-oropharynx).
We also use appliances to help with all of the above.
This course is for anyone who is;
Struggling to stay asleep at night
Those waking up frequently to need the toilet
Those waking up feeling tired and not refreshed
Snorers
Those with mild to moderate sleep apnea
Those with teeth that have moved back again after braces or clear aligners
Those clenching and or grinding
Those suffering with head tension, shoulder tension and/or lower back tension
This course is not aimed at treating any medical conditions but we’re sure it will support any condition that has the root cause of an overactive sympathetic nervous stimulation during sleep.
This course, when combined with the appliances, focuses on working with repatterning the underlying causes of airway collapse whilst asleep, unlocking maximum (based upon compliance) epigenetic muscle tone.
Treatment is best suited to adults of any age and involves using a series of removable intra-oral appliances that are worn for 1-2 hours each day as well as overnight while sleeping coupled with exercises to strengthen the muscles of the mouth, tongue and airway to increase airway tone and soft tissue position which when done with biohacking appliances increases the chances of having a regenerative sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you’re a mouth breather, your tongue won't rest in the roof of the mouth which often results in an underdeveloped upper jaw and restricted forward growth of the lower jaw. Along with the concern of crowding, incorrect development of the upper jaw can affect your breathing by restricting the airway.
As well as affecting jaw and facial development, the medical profession now recognises that mouth breathing is abnormal and is also one of the main contributors of Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB) problems. Symptoms include snoring, morning tiredness and learning difficulties with extreme cases stopping breathing at times during the night. This is the medical condition called Obstructive Sleep Apnoea - OSA. If left untreated, SDB can lead to significant and serious health problems that cause poorer quality of life.
Symptoms commonly associated with Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB) can include:
Neurological and behavioural problems
Snoring
Gasping
Obstructive Sleep Apnoea
Interrupted sleep
ADHD ADD
Depression & Anxiety
Cardiovascular disease
Metabolic diseases such as diabetes

The course costs £990 if you pay in full or £99 per month for the 12 months which equals £1188. The reason it costs more for the payment plan is costs are deducted from the payment provider we use per payment and this helps to cover admin etc.

No, not at all. We can ship the devices anywhere, so you can do this practically from anywhere as long as you have access to the internet and a postal address to ship each device to.
