We started Wonder of Wellness after going through separate ongoing health issues for which no one seemed to have an answer.

We were passed around from specialist to specialist (none of whom were joined up) only to be told to either live with recurrent illness and infections or go on long-term pain management. We knew there must be something that could be done, so we went on a journey of health and discovery, read just about every research paper, article, book and even developed a case of googleitis until we found the solution that was right for us.

We both had a complete career change as a result, and even whilst training as a Dentist and Craniosacral Therapist, we were asked by so many friends and family to help and knew there must be so many others who would benefit from our support and learnings from our journey to health and so…

‘Wonder of Wellness’ was born.

  • According to the independent, dentistry is the second most toxic career; heavy metals and other materials are often used that off-gas toxins and particles. Visuals and aesthetics have become one of the main deciding points for dental work these days, but at what impact on our bodies’ structural integrity? Our teeth support our cranium and skull, which links to our spine and, ultimately whole body. The body is a complex being, and all of these things impact it, so trying to get the mouth as natural and structurally sound as possible is vital for vitality, in our opinion.

  • Emotion is often referred to as energy in motion - when we are angry, often heat rises, and our shoulders and arms want to move kinaesthetically; a low mood can often leave us with shrugged shoulders and a slumped spine. All emotions carry a vibration within our bodies.

As we go through life, we are often conditioned either by society or our family environment and taught what is okay and acceptable and what isn’t wanted. It may be that seriousness is allowed, but silliness isn’t, happiness is allowed but crying or sharing our needs isn’t. As a child, we need our caregivers for survival, so in these situations, we will often follow the family system and hide these unwanted parts as they don’t feel safe to express. The beliefs become stories and become ways of being.

As we move through life and go through its experiences, situations may arise that we might not be able to respond to in the way in which our body wants us; we may feel upset but don’t feel safe to share our feelings, our stories play out, and as a result, we suppress our emotions. These emotions (think energy) then can get lodged in our body to process at another time. The thing is, we don’t create this time in our busy lives or even know how to go back into these places and heal. As a result, these emotions begin to impact us physically and play out more in our lives for us to pay attention to.

Our Mission

Educating and Empowering people to own the power of their Health & Wellbeing…

“The greatest medicine of all is teaching people how not to need it”- Hippocrates

Wonder of Wellness empowers anyone who is wanting to feel more vitality in their life, physically, mentally and/or emotionally. We love supporting people on their journey to self empowerment and self awareness through tips, tricks and our knowledge that we have accumulated over the years!

We don’t agree that everyone should ‘be’ their diagnosis. There is always room to feel better. If you have previously been told there is nothing that can be done to get pain free, fatigue free, brain fog free, headache free, digestive compliant free, anxiety free, depression free then we want to work with you to show you there is always room for improvement and transformation.

Using a range of holistic methods, our aim is to inspire and your role is to trust and feel the effects of these wonderfully powerful natural solutions.

Eventually we will have a Wellness Centre integrating all aspects of health but until then, we take our community online and all around the country sharing our message and asking people ‘Are you ready to feel the Wonder of Wellness’?

Lots of Love

Wonder of Wellness

About Seb

Seb has a first-class degree in Chemistry and Dentistry. He is a qualified dentist with a keen interest in integrating holistic health with modern dentistry and wellbeing.

He first studied Chemistry at Loughborough University before joining a leading IT service provider on a graduate scheme where he met his wife Ally. They both went through different health issues and decided that they wanted a more fulfilling life and both re-trained in the health and wellbeing field.

He loves to geek out on the Chemical profiles of each Essential Oil and their effects on the human body. His main areas of interest are airway stabilisation after seeing the impact of having four teeth out for orthodontics impacted Ally and the work that it has taken to rectify this. He is also interested in cavitation surgery and training alongside the UK's leader in this field.

'Having been so anti 'natural solutions' for my whole life, ironically, it was natural solutions that were the only thing to get me out of my health crisis. I was so resistant to Ally's influence and more alternative ways of looking at the whole body, but it worked when nothing else did. As a result, I am now super passionate about shining my light and knowledge and showing others the way in a more holistic, whole-bodied approach. Backing it all up with the science, of course!'

About Alexandra

Alexandra/Ally is a qualified Cranio-Sacral Therapist. She is also a qualified meditation teacher and somatic attachment therapist.

She has a deep passion for understanding emotions and how they impact people's lives. She found Cranio-Sacral therapy through ongoing headaches and migraines, which were relieved through Cranio-Sacral therapy (CST) sessions. When she discovered that CST could help with processing emotions, she knew she had to train in this modality to understand it further and help others.

She has undergone a two-year training course in Cranio-Sacral therapy with College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CCST). The first, the largest, and the most established college of Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Since then she has embarked on a deep journey of reconnecting to her body, heart and womb. She now supports others in doing the same.

'The journey of embodiment has been the most rewarding work of my life and I feel so much more present in relationships, pleasure and life. I have developed a deeper relationship with my body, and instead of living in fear of it, I now have a deep reverence for it. This embodiment and integration has rippled out to all areas in my life and I can wholeheartedly say the levels of joy and love that I feel today I never thought possible.’
