    Note: This is focused solely on amalgam removal. For a full biological evaluation, a separate Biological Consultation is recommended.

  • A carefully controlled, biologically informed process designed to minimise exposure to mercury and other metals while supporting long-term oral and systemic health.

    • Preparation:

      • Use of IAOMT SMART technology (or equivalent)

      • Protective barriers in the oral cavity and the clothing, high-volume suction, ventilation, air filtration, special drills, ionisers, toxaprevent rinses and post op supplements to limit systemic mercury exposure

    • Removal Procedure:

      • Gentle removal of amalgam filling with special technique using a carbide bur

      • Thorough cleaning of the cavity and surrounding tissues after the rubber dam removal

    • Post-Removal Care:

      • Placement  of biocompatible filling, onlay or crown

      • Advice on supporting long-term oral and overall health

    • Notes:

      • Personalised clinical advice cannot be given over the phone

      • Follow-up appointments or a full Biological Consultation can be scheduled as needed
