Accessing Your Records:
Patients have the right to access their records under data protection laws; requests must be made in writing (Subject Access Request), identity will be verified before any information is released, and requests are processed within the required timeframe (typically one month), with a record kept of both the request and response.

Making a Complaint or Giving Feedback:
We welcome all feedback, both positive and negative. We aim to respond within 20 working days.
You can raise concerns:

  • Verbally (in person or via phone) - your complaint will be immediately logged and we will try to resolve it at the time

  • In writing or via email to the Practice Manager or your treating clinician

We are open and honest if something goes wrong.

We use natural ionic chlorine salt to clean our practice - powerful yet gentle on the environment. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

SPECIAL TREATMENTS

IV Therapy, CBCT Imaging, and Laser treatments are carried out by trained clinicians in controlled environments. Eye protection is provided for patients and staff where required.
